Chef Mike Robinson – Multi Award-Winning Chef, restauranteur, hunter, forager, TV personality and advocate for sustainability. Robinson designed with Flint & Flame Outdoors, Field Knife No. 1 (GP) and supporter of Flint & Flame’s Rhineland knives. Star of The Outdoor Channel’s Farming the Wild television series.
Co-owner of the only Michelin starred gastro pub in London, the Harwood Arms in Fulham. Executive Chef of The Woodsman based in Statford-upon-Avon, UK and The Elder Restaurant, Bath, UK. He runs the Owl Barn Larder in the UK, his very own game meat retail business that legally sells venison and other game to a network of the UK’s finest restaurants and to the public.
Chef Andres Dangond
The latest professional chef to fall for our beautiful knives, Chef Andres is Executive Chef / Owner of the award-wining restaurant The Cut in Irvine, CA, and Director of Culinary Development for Lynx Grills, Inc.
He carried out his apprenticeship under three-Michelin-starred Alinea chef Grant Achatz. His new culinary series, Dinner With Dres, offers intimate rooftop pop-up dining experiences that appear and vanish in the heart of downtown Los Angeles

One of our newest Brand Ambassadors, Chef Gregg loves cooking with his new Rhineland Knives. Gregg is the owner and Head Chef of the g bar and Kitchen in Swampscott, MA. His culinary skills as a professional chef have grown and been perfected over the years cooking in restaurants and hotels around the country, working privately for an elite and exclusive clientele and through owning his own upscale catering business.
By taking the many different tastes and preferences that he’s encountered and served, Gregg has created a unique, elegant and flavorful blend of the finest cuisines to bring his passion for food to every table.

Chef Kevin Des Chenes is our latest brand ambassador, with his own signature range of Rhineland knives.
With over 20 years of experience in the Hospitality industry, Chef Kevin was named “Top Chef” by Las Vegas Food & Wine and is the winner of “Top Celebrity Chef Showdown”.
He has been a Chef Expert for Gordon Ramsey and appeared as a Featured Chef on Food Network’s Chef Wanted & Beat Bobby Flay, as well as the Nationally Syndicated Better Show, CT Style, Better CT, Fox Morning Show & The Rhode Show among others.
